Real Estate 360 is the version of Upcycle for developers, brokers and property managers. You choose it during setup, then tell Upcycle which kinds of real estate business you run. The menu shows only the screens of the kinds you picked.
Steps
- During setup, choose Real Estate 360 on the industry step.
- Under "Which real-estate business models do you run?", pick every one that applies, then continue:
- Developer: your own projects and units, reservations, payment plans and collections.
- Primary brokerage: you sell developers' units and collect your commission.
- Resale: owners' properties, with mandates, buyers and viewings.
- Leasing & property management: rentals, leases, maintenance and owner statements.
- Open Inventory from the side menu. Its side menu lists the screens of your business models.
- Start with Properties, then add units or deals for your model.
Good to know
- Properties, Commissions and Real-estate settings are there for every model.
- A developer also sees Units, Projects, Reservations, Payment plans and Collections.
- A broker also sees Brokerage deals, Developers & agreements, Developer stock, Commission receivables and Brokerage agents.
- Resale adds Mandates, Buyers and Viewings. Leasing adds Leasing, Leasing deals and Leases; Maintenance and Owner statements show for medium and larger workspaces.
- Words change to fit the business: clients are called Buyers and leads are called Prospects. Each business model gets its own sales pipeline in Sales.
- To add or remove a business model later, open Real-estate settings. Turning a model off only hides its screens. No data is deleted.
- The usual areas stay available: Sales, Buyers (your clients), Marketing, Projects, Tasks, Accounting and Human resources, according to your plan.
- Listing on property portals is not connected yet.
