If your company produces UGC or runs influencer campaigns, turn on the UGC & creators company type. A Creators item appears in the side menu, with its own sales pipeline, project templates and services.
Steps
- During setup pick Marketing Agency 360, then pick UGC & creators company in the company type question. For an existing workspace: Settings, then Company type, then Change.
- Open Creators in the side menu: the Creators desk shows content due this week, what waits for client approval and usage rights ending soon.
- Add creators to the Creator roster with their numbers and rates. Each creator's page shows their numbers and growth.
- Create a project per client from the UGC campaign, Influencer campaign or Always-on UGC retainer template, then open UGC & creators in the project's marketing menu: casting, brief, contracts and shipping, content and client approval, and the report.
- Follow deals in the UGC & creators company pipeline under Sales: inquiry, brief, creator shortlist and rate card, proposal, negotiation, signed.
Good to know
- The Usage rights page shows how long each creator's content may be used. Tell the client before it ends so they renew or stop the ad.
- The type adds the Creator / talent manager, UGC producer and Influencer campaign manager roles, a UGC & creators campaign proposal template and two contracts (client UGC campaign contract and creator agreement) with a usage rights clause.
- Ready services are in the catalog at a price of zero for you to set: UGC video, creator sourcing, influencer campaign management and a UGC video package.
- You can turn on several types together. Turning one off only hides it; no data is deleted.
