Follow delivery and spot late projects

You will be able to see every client project on one page and know which ones are late and by how many days.

Follow delivery and spot late projects

The service deliveries page gives you one view of everything your company is delivering to clients: each project's status, progress, manager, and whether it is on time or late. The page fills itself from your projects. There is nothing to type in.

Before you start

  • Set an End date on every project. Without it, the system cannot tell whether a project is late.

Steps

  1. In the side menu, open More, then choose Operations.
  2. In the operations menu, under Service delivery, choose Service deliveries.
  3. You see a table with every project: Service / project, client, status, Progress, Project manager and Schedule.
  4. Click Late only to show the projects whose end date has passed and that are not finished yet.
  5. To filter by status, choose Planning, In progress, On hold, Completed or Cancelled. To search, type the project or client name.
  6. Click a project name to open it and follow its tasks.

Good to know

  • The Schedule column shows one of three things: On time, Delivered for a completed project, or the number of days late.
  • A project counts as late when its end date has passed and its status is neither completed nor cancelled.
  • Progress comes from the project itself, so it rises as the project's tasks get done.
  • Each person sees only the projects they are allowed to open.
  • There is no add button here. To add a row, create a project from the Projects page.
  • On every plan you can find late projects on the Projects page itself: click the Delay filter and choose Overdue.
  • The Operations area is available from the Starter plan. See the plans page for details.
