The service deliveries page gives you one view of everything your company is delivering to clients: each project's status, progress, manager, and whether it is on time or late. The page fills itself from your projects. There is nothing to type in.
Before you start
- Set an End date on every project. Without it, the system cannot tell whether a project is late.
Steps
- In the side menu, open More, then choose Operations.
- In the operations menu, under Service delivery, choose Service deliveries.
- You see a table with every project: Service / project, client, status, Progress, Project manager and Schedule.
- Click Late only to show the projects whose end date has passed and that are not finished yet.
- To filter by status, choose Planning, In progress, On hold, Completed or Cancelled. To search, type the project or client name.
- Click a project name to open it and follow its tasks.
Good to know
- The Schedule column shows one of three things: On time, Delivered for a completed project, or the number of days late.
- A project counts as late when its end date has passed and its status is neither completed nor cancelled.
- Progress comes from the project itself, so it rises as the project's tasks get done.
- Each person sees only the projects they are allowed to open.
- There is no add button here. To add a row, create a project from the Projects page.
- On every plan you can find late projects on the Projects page itself: click the Delay filter and choose Overdue.
- The Operations area is available from the Starter plan. See the plans page for details.
