The AI studies the client's brief, past results, competitors, the month's occasions and trends in the client's field, then proposes a plan. Nothing is added until you review it.
Before you start
- Fill in the client's brief and monthly deliverables in Plan & strategy. The plan is built from them.
- You need permission to edit the project.
- The plan uses the company's monthly AI allowance.
Steps
- Open Projects from the side menu and choose the client's project.
- In the project menu, under Marketing delivery, open Social media, then Content & calendar, then Calendar.
- Press AI month plan.
- Choose the Month. You can plan this month or one of the next three.
- If you want, write what matters most in Focus this month (optional), for example a launch or an offer.
- Press Research and plan and wait. It takes one to three minutes. You can close the window and come back; the plan keeps going.
- Read Insights behind the plan, then go through Proposed ideas.
- For each idea you can change the date, the time, the title and the caption. Press Adding to skip an idea, or Skipped to bring it back.
- Press Add to the calendar as drafts.
Good to know
- The number of posts proposed is the monthly deliverables you agreed with the client, minus what is already on the calendar for that month. If the month is already fully planned, the AI tells you so.
- The ideas arrive as drafts with dates. Each one still needs its design, then goes through your normal review and client approval.
- Every idea comes with Why it will work and a Visual brief for the designer.
- Not happy with the result? Press New plan to run it again. Each run uses the AI allowance.
- To write a single caption with AI instead, open a post, press Write with AI, type what the post is about and press Generate. Review the text before you save it.
- Captions follow the language of your interface: Arabic in the Arabic interface, English in the English one.
- Every plan includes a monthly AI allowance. If it is used up, the plan does not start and you see a message. See the plans page for the allowance of each plan.
