At the bottom of the client portal there is a small line: Powered by Upcycle. That line is your company's own referral link. Any company that clicks it and subscribes to Upcycle is credited to your company.
Steps
Follow what you earned from referrals
- Open Settings from the side menu, then choose Subscription.
- Find the referral card. It shows your company's referral link, how many signed up through it, and how many free months you earned.
- Click Copy link if you want to send it yourself to a company you know.
Show or hide the badge
- Open Settings, then Client portal.
- In the Branding card, find Show "Powered by Upcycle".
- On the Enterprise plan you can switch it off and click Save. On the other plans the badge stays on.
Good to know
- The reward, as shown on the subscription page: when the company that signed up through your link makes its first payment, you both get one month free.
- The badge opens the Upcycle home page in a new window. Your client stays in the portal and is not asked for anything.
- The same link also appears at the bottom of the contract page you send a client to read and sign.
- The portal carries your company's name and your logo. The Upcycle logo is not shown there. The badge is only a small line of text at the end of the page.
- Changing the portal name and the welcome message is available from the Professional plan, in the same Branding card.
- Only an account admin sees the Client portal page in the settings.
