Every plan includes a monthly AI allowance. It is used whenever you ask Upcycle to write, suggest or analyse something. When the allowance runs out before the month ends, an extra pack keeps the AI tools working.
Before you start
- Only the workspace owner or an admin can buy credit.
Steps
- Open Settings from the side menu, then AI settings.
- Go down to the Buy AI credit card.
- Check Monthly plan allowance and Purchased credit to see what you have.
- Choose a pack. Each pack shows its size and its price.
- Press Buy, then confirm. You are taken to the payment page.
- Finish the payment. In Egypt you can pay by card, Fawry or a mobile wallet. Outside Egypt you pay by card.
- You return to AI settings with a message that the credit was added. The purchase is listed under Purchase history.
Good to know
- You can also reach the same card from the subscription page: under Add-ons, press Buy credit.
- Purchased credit is used only after the monthly allowance of your plan runs out.
- Purchased credit does not reset at the start of the month and does not expire.
- The monthly allowance is different for each plan, and it is smaller during the free trial. See the plans page for the details.
- If the payment is not confirmed yet, the purchase shows Awaiting payment. The credit is added by itself as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- If the payment was not completed, nothing is added. Choose the pack again to retry.
- If your company connected its own AI provider on the same page, that usage is not taken from your credit. Purchased credit applies only to the AI that Upcycle provides.
- If you run out often, a higher plan with a larger monthly allowance may suit you better than buying packs.
