Every new workspace starts on a free trial with every feature and no payment card. Before it ends, choose a plan so your team keeps working without a break.
Before you start
- Only the workspace owner or an admin can open the subscription page.
Steps
- Open Settings from the side menu, then Subscription.
- The Your plan card shows the status Trial, the days left and the date it ends.
- Under Plans, choose Monthly or Yearly. In Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE the price is for the whole company, not per user: each plan includes a number of users, and extra users cost a small amount each. Prices are in your country's currency.
- To pay for the plan you are trying now, press Manage payment, pick one of the methods under Choose payment method, then press Pay now.
- To take another plan, press Upgrade to with the plan's name. The Confirm upgrade window shows the plan, the price and the total. Press Continue to payment.
- Finish the payment. In Egypt you can pay by card, Fawry or a mobile wallet. Outside Egypt the card form opens directly.
- The result page says Thank you! Payment received and your plan is active. We email you the receipt.
Good to know
- If you choose a method that gives a Payment code, the page says Waiting for your payment. Pay with the code at the outlet or in your wallet app. The plan is activated by itself when the payment arrives.
- If a payment does not go through, nothing is charged. Press Try again.
- We remind you before the trial ends. In the last week a banner with the button Choose your plan appears at the top of the workspace.
- If the trial ends without a plan, the workspace moves to the free plan for one user. All your data is kept. Your teammates cannot sign in until you choose a paid plan, and everything returns as soon as you do.
- In Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE the total is the plan's company price, plus extra users if your team is bigger than the plan includes. Elsewhere the price is per user.
- Your payments are listed under Invoices on the same page. Press Download PDF to save one.
