Terms of Service

1. The service

Upcycle provides online tools for CRM, projects, marketing, reporting, messaging and related features. Features available to you depend on your plan and the modules you enable.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
• You are responsible for your account, your team members' access and keeping passwords secure.
• Tell us at support@upcycle-crm.com right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use Upcycle for unlawful activity, spam, or messages recipients did not agree to receive.
• Do not try to access other workspaces, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.
• Follow the rules of each platform you connect, including Google's, Meta's and WhatsApp's policies.

4. Connected platforms

You may connect third-party platforms such as Google (Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Calendar, Gmail, Drive), Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business), LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, X and Microsoft 365. You authorise us to access those accounts only as described in our Privacy Policy and only for the products you choose.

Those platforms are provided by their owners under their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time. We are not responsible for changes, outages or limits on their side.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

If you connect a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

5. Your data

You own the data you put into Upcycle and the data we access from your connected platforms. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide the service to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and taxes are shown before you pay. If a payment fails we may limit the workspace after notice.

7. AI features

AI features generate suggestions from your data. Review them before relying on them. We do not use your data, or data from Google APIs, to train generalised AI models.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Upcycle available and secure, but the service is provided "as is". We may improve or change features; we will give notice of material changes that reduce what your plan includes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending the service

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After a workspace is deleted you can ask us to restore or export it during the 30-day grace period; it is then permanently purged as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live.
